Bootcamp
A varied workout which can include HiiT / Strength / cardio / core / yoga and is different each week. Workouts are modified dependent on peoples fitness level, so beginners can get involved too. Class is run outdoors which is great for mental health. You just need to dress for the weather. Health questionnaire to be completed prior to first session.
This is a pay as you go session and the first class is free. £5 per session thereafter
Personal Training
A one to one session which can be held at my site or at your home, whichever works better for you. This is where you get a focused session based on your goals, abilities and preferences. The session can include weight training, HiiT workouts, walking/running and cardio.
The first session you will have measurements taken and carry out some basic fitness tests to see what your current fitness level you are starting from. You will be re-tested after 6-8weeks to monitor your progress. Having a specific goal which motivates you will make you much more focused than a vague, “I want to get a bit fitter” kind of goal.
You will need to complete a full health & lifestyle questionnaire form prior to your first session.
£35 per session (It may also be possible for two people to share a session costing £25 per person/per session)
Repair, Rebuild & Sculpt courses (currently not running)
Repair
This is a 6 week non-impact class aimed at women who are returning to exercise after having children and have a weak pelvic floor and/or disastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation).
The class has also been attended by women who have had a bladder lift operation and a recent stoma bag fitted.
If you have recently had a baby, you will need to have had your 6 week doctors check and be cleared for exercise.
A health questionnaire will need to be completed
This class can be run indoors or outdoors depending on time of year and the weather.
£50 for the 6 week course.
Rebuild (Currently not running)
This is a 6 week class aimed at teaching the correct form for all the key exercises i.e. squats, lunges, press-ups, plank. These are then used in a mini-circuit with cardio exercises to build up strength and stamina. The class ends on a core specific section which is vital for good fitness.
A health questionnaire will need to be completed
If you have weak pelvic floor or diastasic recti, you will need to complete the Repair Course first
£50 for the 6 week course.
