As a new mum I had lost my confidence in how to exercise and what I should be doing to help rebuild my strength. Since training with Jo I have felt so much better in myself and have loved feeling my fitness come back. Jo puts together a bespoke training programme designed to you and your needs. She is supportive and encouraging and helps you make the most of your sessions. You also get to train in the fresh air in her gorgeous garden!

I have been going to Jo’s circuit class for over 2 years now, which I joined following a back/leg injury.  At first I was unable to do all the exercises but Jo adapted the exercises for me or gave me alternative options so I didn’t miss out and now after building up strength over time there are very few exercises that I am unable to do. I really enjoy ‘working out’ in the garden surroundings with each class having a good mix of exercises to challenge you each week. My fitness levels have got so much better since doing these classes. 

I have also been personal training with Jo for the past 18 months, completing different types of HiiT sessions or strength/core exercises, each session has a different challenge some which can be harder than others but even if the session is tough you feel you have completed a good workout!

Jo’s classes are very effective and enjoyable.  Jo tailors the exercises to meet all needs without it having an adverse effect on others in the class, you never feel like a burden.  It starts my Saturday with a bang !

Jo is a great fitness trainer, she plans a wide variety of exercises and mixes those up so that the classes stay fun and engaging. With an eye on the detail she is sure to pick up if you find ways to “cheat” on the exercise without putting you under pressure. I can honestly say I look forward to each Saturday morning workout – even if I hurt for a few days after!

I was not sure if this was my sort of thing, as I have not done anything like this before but I have been going for nearly 2 years now. It is a really friendly group and I enjoy exercising outside.  Jo is great, she encourages you without putting too much pressure on you and she adds in new circuits/exercises to keep us alert and build on our fitness. I have definitely felt the benefit of it.
