Who this covers

Information collected through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, contact number, and whatever you write about what you're looking for. This is sent directly to my email so I can reply to your enquiry, and is also kept as a record within the site's analytics tool, described below. It's used only to respond to you and to keep track of enquiries — never for marketing or shared with anyone outside of running this business.
The form is handled by a third-party service, FormSubmit, which processes the submission and delivers it to my inbox. FormSubmit does not use the information for its own purposes beyond that delivery.
Analytics
This site uses a website analytics tool to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly how many people visit. General browsing activity is not used to personally identify you. If you fill in the contact form, though, the details you enter (name, email, contact number, and your message) are captured by this tool as part of keeping a record of enquiries, as described above.
Cookies
The analytics tool described above uses a cookie. In line with UK rules, it only runs if you actively accept this via the cookie banner shown when you first visit — if you decline, or don't make a choice, the analytics tool does not load or set any cookie. This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking you across other websites.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what information I hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to raise any concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To make any request, just email jo@inclusivefitness.co.uk and I'll sort it as quickly as I can.
Changes to this policy
If anything about how this site collects or uses information changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.
